Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year!!!!

I can't believe it is over. What a wonderful time of year. I hope everyone had a great holiday and is ready to make this new year even better. Well Christmas was great and the kids got more than they needed of course. Cambree didn't quite know what to think she just kept watching Marcus and McKayla like they were crazy. She sure is sooooooooooo cute. I love her so much!!! Well the kids wore their Chirstmas church clothes today because last week we were in Las Vegas for the BYU game!! What a nail biter. Disneyland trip

Well it's about time I blog about our early Christmas present. Our trip to Disneyland.

Well December 2nd we took off to California with the Baldwin family and spent 3 days at Disneyland. It was so much fun. Marcus could ride all the rides and McKayla could ride everything except California Screamin. So for our family it was awesome because Todd, me and the kids just went from one ride to the other. Janice and Greg were so awesome to watch Cambree for 6 long days so that we could really have a good time at Disneyland. I'm ready to go back so if anyone wants to come let me know. We enjoyed Tower of Terror and California Soarin to Pirates to Indiana to Thunder mountain everthing it was awesome. love ya all have a great Christmas!!!!

Christmas is coming............

I'm so excited for christmas. McKayla and Marcus helped me decorate the tree.

I love this time of year. All the lights and christmas music. There is magic in the air. Christmas is coming early for our family this year. We are taking the kids to disneyland. It will be a blast. So shopping for christmas is going to be so easy. Love that. Our present under the tree will be the pictures and video from the trip. Well I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday. Love ya all.

fun filled day of sick girls

So today was fun. Todd and I and the kids stayed the night in Park City last night and McKayla and Cambree thought it would be a good time to get the flew. Cambree seems to be doing better and his keeping her bottle down. McKayla on the other hand can't keep anything down for more than a half hour. She has thrown up around 10ish times. It's been a great day. So she doesn't get to do the 1/2 mile run on Thanksgiving. So sad! Well hope everyones Thanksgiving is great. Love ya!

This is my little (big) marus man.

He is soooooo great. He is now 10 1/2 years old and is a big help around the house. He loves his 2 sisters and treats them so good. He has a strong testimony of the gospel and is very sensitive to the spirit. The Lord has truely blessed me to have him in my life. We had a fun trip to the dentist today. He got his teeth cleaned and then had 2 teeth pulled without medication. What a brave kid. He didn't even cry. He is a total stud. You are the best son I could ever ask for. I love you so much.

Can you believe it, Cambree is now 6 months old. Oh how the time flies. She is so cute and has recently started getting herself up on all fours. Due time till she is crawling all over the place and driving me crazy. I love her so much. She has such a fun spirit and keeps us laughing with the silly things she does. My family is great.

High School Musical Mania

We had a fun night on Friday November 9th, 2007

McKayla's cousin Morgan Heelis had a birthday party on friday and we went up to East High School to the play of High School Musical. As you know McKayla looooooovvvvvveeeesssss that movie. The girls had so much fun. After, we had Morgan open her presents in the auditorium. Then we let the girls go up on the stage and we took some pictures. The cast found out it was a birthday party and thought the girls looked so cute all decked out in high school clothes so they came up and the cast sang happy birthday to Morgan. It was so great they will never forget it. Now we are just counting down the days till High School Musical #3 comes out.

Just wanted to thank my niece Amberly Hurst for coming to my Young Women in Excellence night last night to sing in our program. She is so good. After the program one of the fathers of one of the young women came up and asked me about her and if she is taking voice lessons and if she needed any help to contact him. His job is a voice teacher and I thought it was neat that he came up to me to ask about her he was obviously impressed with the talent God gave her. She is so talented. Very good at music stuff she is only 16 and is now teaching me and Marcus and McKayla piano. We've been taking now for about 1 1/2 months and we are having a blast doing it. I really am enjoying it. Love you Amberly you are the best.

proposal

On October 27th Marcus and McKayla got to help McKay Sanderson ask their anut Kami if she would marry him. It was sooooo cute all the nieces and nephews had a rose with a letter and when they stood together it spelled out will you marry me? They were at a resturant eating dinner and the kids walked in oldest to youngest. It was great that McKay would want the family involved in such a private thing. Kami cried so hard it was such a fun night. She said YES They are planning to get married in the Mt. Timpanogas Temple on February 1, 2008

Halloween Fun!

October 31st has come and gone. Happy Halloween everyone. This year was just great. Marcus was a scary grim reaper and McKayla was Sharpay from High School Musical. She won the costume contest in her class. Cambree was a witch. I was sick and getting over strep what a fun night so Todd took the kids around trick or treating. It was an easy night not as many trick or treaters it seems there are less every year. Everyone hope your day is great love ya the baldwins.

Hey everyone just thought I would try out this blogging stuff we'll see how I do.

Well everything is going pretty good at the baldwin house just staying between work, callings & kids. They typical life of everyone.

Right now Todd has been pretty stressed with work trying to get things done by himself. Right now he only has himself and then two guys who come after school about 1:00p.m. so he has been very busy working long nights and some weekends trying to get things done before it gets to cold so asphalt can be poured. He is a hard worker and I am very thankful for that. He also keeps busy with his calling as Executive Secretary and so is gone on sundays and thursdays.

I am staying busy with 3 kids and my calling as Young Womens President. It has gone pretty good trying to juggle a new baby and such a demanding calling. It is great and my young women board is amazing and helps out so much.

Marcus is 10 now and is in the 5th grade. I can't believe it how the time has flown. Before I know it he'll be going on his mission :) He loves school and his teacher Mr. Schoonover. He has shown so much excitment this year it's great. He is a VERY good kid and loves to do what is right he has a true testimony of his own and has had some neat experiences this year to strenghten his testimony. It love him so much.

McKayla is 6 now and is in school full time in the 1st grade and is doing really well. She started off pretty slow with reading but is really coming along. Her teacher Mrs. Garrett has been great at helping her learn and love to read. I am so proud of her. She is full of ENERGY and loves taking gymnasticts. She is a natural. She also has a strong testimony and prays every night for the missionaires to find the one looking for the truth so they can know about Jesus. She is great and I love her tons.

Cambree is our new little one and is now 51/2 months old. She is a BLAST. What an adjustment. She has been pretty good overall. Just working on sleeping at night. ZZZZZZZZZ

She brings such a wonderful spirit to our home. She just started eating baby food last week and is doing a good job at it and is starting to recognize that it is food and sees the spoon and open her mouth wide and gets all excited. I love having her around.
