Slim by Spring


Ok time to get serious again. So I did a fit challenge last fall called fit by fall and I lost 8 lbs and was feeling pretty good. Well the holidays came and I lost control and needed motivation again so I joined another challenge called Slim by Spring. I gained back everything I lost in my fall challenge and so I have a lot of work to do again. I hope to get it back off and maybe a few more. My goal is 10 lbs. Bring it on!

You can do it. Stay motivated... dont miss workouts and stay away from the sugar.... so glad you are on my team. it's so much better then when you were not on my team. (((hugs)))
