So here are some pictures from the race. If you can't tell by the picture (which I'm sure you can) It was a hard race for me. Amberly looks so cute as always. My time was 2 minute slower than my St. George 1/2. My time was 2:16:31.
Isn't Amberly so cute. She did such a good job.

Well freak it is about time you blog about your race. I am so happy for you and Amberly, these hard races just make you a stonger runner, keep that in mine when you train for a full... ;)
Way to go Frances! I know I couldn't do that. James took me to the gym the other day, I was ready to be done with the treadmill after 2 minutes. I ended up walking most of the 20 minute workout. YOU did awesome!!

wow i look fantastic. gag! we are awesome. i'm glad that we did that even though it SUCKED! i hope my foot gets better soon so that i can start running again.
